Our home base
The whole city, from Old Town north through the postwar subdivisions off Parker Road, Lindbergh and New Halls Ferry. The median Florissant home was built around 1963, and that single fact explains most of what we get called for.
Just west
Same era, same builders, same problems. Galvanized supply lines, cast-iron drains and clay laterals that have been in the ground since the McDonnell boom.
Just south
Older housing stock closer to the core, with some homes predating the postwar wave entirely. We see more original plumbing here than almost anywhere in North County.
North and east
Ranch and split-level subdivisions built on the same timeline as Florissant. If your neighbor needed a sewer lateral, there is a fair chance you will too.
Northeast
Worth knowing: unincorporated St. Louis County has its own sewer lateral program, separate from the City of Florissant one. We will tell you which applies to your address.
